The Planting Plan

The Planting Plan is a detailed plan of your garden borders where the exact position and quantity of each plant is shown. Planting schemes will be designed for beauty in every season, using the colours that you like.  The process is usually something like this:

Make it stand out.

  • Step 1. Home visit

I will come and visit your garden (if I haven’t already) and chat through what you would like, colours you like and anything you don’t like.  If you don’t know these things, I will come up with ideas for you.

  • Step 2. Estimation of cost

I will let you know by email how much your Planting Plan will cost, and you will decide at this point whether to go ahead.

  • Step 3. Drawn plans

If you decide to go ahead, I will draw detailed, scaled plans that show the location of each plant. There will be a list of plants showing quantities and prices, if required. I will also provide mood boards giving you a flavour of your planting scheme at different times of the year. This could be the end of my time with you

OR I can source the plants for you and plant them.

  • Step 4. Advice on maintenance

I can provide maintenance advice on how to look after your garden year round.
